Late Fee:

There is a $50 per hour late fee due to possible proceeding rentals.

Reservation Fee:

A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. Subsequent fees will be collected upon pick up. Payment methods strictly include Visa, Master Card and cash. Checks are not accepted.

Damage Deposit:

At the time of pick up, a credit card is required for the $500 damage deposit. Damage in excess of $500 will be charged to this credit card. You may be eligible for a 10% discount with insurance approval. You must provide proof of this coverage upon pick up.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to pick up date. Reservation fees for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to pick up will be applied to a future rental that must be scheduled within the same calender year of the cancellation. Cancellations made within 14 days of pick up forfeit this eligibility.

Weather Cancellations:

In the case of weather which is agreed upon by both parties to be inclement, reservation fees will be applied to a future rental that must be scheduled within the same calendar year of the cancellation. This policy does not apply to 3-day or longer rentals.

Pick Up:

Each boat includes life preservers, a throw cushion, mooring ropes, fender bumpers, anchor and rope, and a full gas tank. We have balls and receivers for sale if needed. Your vehicle tail lights must be in working condition with a 4 or 7 prong flat plug. Boats are unable to be released if this condition is not met.

Drop Off:

A service fee plus the cost of gas will be imposed for all boats returned with less than a full tank of gas. The boat must be returned in the condition it was received.
